My name is Ket Rocha. I started as an English teacher and, to manage everything, I had to learn how to truly organize myself. That's when I discovered the power of processes.

I realized that many good professionals — smart, dedicated — were losing money and mental health due to lack of organization and clear processes. Without structure, delegating becomes a nightmare and analyzing the business with data is impossible.

Fluxa was born: to be the operational right-hand of entrepreneurs who want to scale without chaos. I don't just design the system — I operate it daily and train the team.
